1. Who processes your data

The data controller is the publisher of the Gospodinolog newsletter. For anything concerning your data, write to info@gospodinolog.com.

2. What data I collect

The email address you enter, the language you chose and the time you confirmed your subscription. I ask for nothing else: no name, no phone number, no postal address.

Once issues start arriving, the sending service records whether an email was delivered, opened and whether a link was clicked. I use this only to see which issues are useful.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

I use the data only to send you the newsletter. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by clicking the confirmation link (double opt-in). You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing.

4. Who else has access

Resend (Resend Inc., USA) stores the subscriber list and sends the issues. Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA) hosts the website. Both act as processors on my behalf, and transfers to the USA rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

After you subscribe, the website shows you recommendations for other newsletters. They are displayed by SparkLoop (SparkLoop Enterprises Ltd), to whom I pass your email address for this purpose. Another newsletter receives your address only if you choose it yourself. If you subscribed to Gospodinolog through a recommendation on another website, SparkLoop passed your address to me, and I let SparkLoop know whether you are subscribed or have unsubscribed.

I do not sell your address and I do not share it with anyone beyond this.

5. Cookies

The website uses 1 cookie of its own, which remembers the language you chose. The SparkLoop script sets its own cookies to know whether you have already seen the recommendations and whether you arrived through a partner link. There are no advertising cookies.

6. How long I keep data

For as long as you are subscribed. After you unsubscribe, the address stays marked as unsubscribed so that no issue reaches you by mistake. If you want it deleted completely, write to info@gospodinolog.com and I will delete it within 30 days.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. An email to info@gospodinolog.com is enough. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
